RTA is officially certified agency by SICTED for Commitment to Tourism Quality

SICTED is a project to improve the quality of tourism destinations promoted by the Tourism Institute of Spain (TURESPAÑA) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which works with companies and tourist services with ultimate goal of improving the tourist experience and satisfaction. It is based on the integral consciousness of destination and identifying common goals of the agents involved.

The Organization pursues a consistent level of quality in the services offered to tourists within a destination, so that no substantial quality gaps between different products (agents) that make the offer on the destination and thus are appreciated, negative conditioning of perception and increase in satisfaction of tourists.

Among other tools, the process consists of 30 good practice manuals, one for each job type. It offers training to companies and touristic services, technical visits for assistance by certified counselors, regular workshops, groups to develop proposals for improvements to the target and contrasting assessments adequacy of the company/ service to quality standards. All this culminates in obtaining distinctive Tourist Quality Commitment.

This certification is awarded to companies as RTA Spanishe Event & Incentive Organisers that have demonstrated compliance with the requirements. It is recognition of the efforts and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, while property distinguishes from competition. The distinctive biennial has validity, but is subject to annual follow-up evaluation.
