RTA at 10th anniversary of the Valencian Gastronomy Academy

The Academy of Gastronomy in Valencia (AGCV) celebrated its 10th anniversary on 30th of June at emblematic restaurant Contrapunto located at Palau de las Arts Reina Sofia in Valencia.

Our office manager, Eva Kurucz attended this event where more than 300 guests were invited, mainly from the world of restaurants, culture, tourism and business. She met renowned chefs from other regions in order to rediscover the Spanish gastronomy.

The academy is a private non-profit association, which seeks to promote the Spanish gastronomy. Thanks to the support of all sectors involved, the notoriety of this event has been increased in recent years and its influence continues to grow up every year.

In addition to academics, the committee of experts includes symbols of Spanish gastronomy: Quique Dacosta, Paco Torreblanca, Ricard Camarena, Kiko Moya, Javier Andrés, Manuela Romeralo, Alberto and José Antonio Navarrete Redrado. Which means that during a few hours, Valencia was the epicentre of Spanish Gastronomy.

This gastronomy festival became a unifying event and unforgettable experience between all sectors that regularly take part in the representation of Spanish culture.

For RTA, this anniversary is a real mission; our aim is to experiencing new ideas and finds the best solutions for your next incentive in Spain.
